Spaceship Terra
The more we learn about the universe, the clearer the image is becoming about the total mismatch between us and the scale on which interstellar realities exist. This poses a problem, because whether we like it or not, some will continue to rally around searching for other habitable planets. The conviction that we may find an alternative for this planet in a reasonible time frame is an illusion. So should we give up the attempts to explore interplanetary and interstellar travel?
